I have been doing Pilates off and on for over 12 years now. When I am taking classes I feel stronger as a person and a woman. I feel as if I walk taller, sit up straight and have a confidence about myself. With this confidence comes strength to take on whatever is thrown at me. Every class I am amazed at what my body can do. When I do a specific move on the reformer, especially, it makes me want to scream to the world "look what I can do, look what I am doing, I am strong!" It is a release and stress reliever for me. I can have the worst day but as soon as I get to Pilates start class and concentrate on my breathing and the movements, whatever was bothering me just disappears."
