Two of my good friends tied the knot last weekend in a beautiful, scenic ceremony outside of Baltimore. The weather was perfect, and the scenery almost as beautiful as the bride. The couple came to me with the idea of using a "fingerprint tree" instead of a guest book at their reception. It was the perfect idea for a spring wedding, and a great way to immortalize the night in the form of artwork they can hang. I painted the tree without any leaves, and the guests stamped their thumbs in green ink, and signed their names. It was fun to watch the leaves grow on the tree as the night progressed. Congratulations again to my friends!
